c) We need your e-mail address to send you updates; if you fail to provide this information, you cannot sign up to this service and receive updates. We do not need any other information about you to sign you up for updates;

a) The personal data you provide to us to register for our conferences will be processed for the purpose of handling your registration and participation in these events (invoicing, accounting, creation of participants’ lists);

c) The personal data you voluntarily provide to us may be used also to send you (via email or post) information about conferences, courses or other future initiatives, organised by the Foundation;
d) The personal data you voluntarily provide to us will be communicated to agencies that take care of the logistics of the event and to the other participants in the conference, as well as to Continuing Medical Education Accreditation Authorities;

This information will not be linked to personally-identifiable information.
