Let's Science!
A creative and multisensory science outreach programme for young people that aims to promote science and health issues by publishing comics and organising hands-on workshops and exhibitions.

Book series
IBSA Foundation has created two series to engage young people in science through comics and compelling explanations: Let’s Science! and I ragazzi di Pasteur (The Kids of Pasteur).
Each book consists of two parts: in the first, a scientist discusses a scientific topic relating to the human body; in the second, there is a story inspired by the topic explored by the scientist, written by the young people themselves and illustrated by professional comic book artists.

Canton of Ticino
Let’s Science! is a project that has been engaging pupils from Ticino in science in a creative and compelling manner since 2017. Working with the Department of Education, Culture and Sport (DECS), the project involves experts, teachers and schools in an outreach programme that combines scientific knowledge with comic strips.

German-speaking Switzerland
In 2024, the scope of Let's Science! was extended, reaching German-speaking Switzerland. There, the project has involved new classes and museums, through participation in workshops and events centred around active learning at the intersection of science and visual storytelling.

Italy
The Let’s Science! activities also take place in Italy, with the involvement of schools, museums and institutions.
We are currently exploring new collaborations and opportunities with new partners for the future.
